Robbe & Berking Classic Week 2010
The classic way to victory!
Tutima watchmakers honor the Classic Week winner
A legendary sailing event with around 200 contestants – and one radiant winner. At the Robbe & Berking Classic Week 2010, one of the major international regattas for classic sailing yachts, FEO was right out in front: at the starting line again for the first time after a two-year restoration phase, the 8mR yacht demonstrated its speed over all the courses and left the remaining field behind.
A brilliant highlight of the regatta, which was staged in Flensburg, Sønderborg, Kappeln and Kiel, was the festive awards ceremony at the closing gala dinner held in the "Kaisersaal" of Kiel Yacht Club on June 19.
The watchmaking company of Tutima and official sponsor presented Dr. Hans-Peter Strepp, skipper and owner of the winning yacht, with the prize: a Tutima Grand Classic Havanna. A chronograph with a history that makes it the perfect choice for a unique "rendezvous of the classics" such as Classic Week.

Sponsoring the classic regatta is the next chapter in the story of the North German company's passion for sailing: Tutima has promoted yachting for more than seven years and acted as "Official Timekeeper of the Kieler Woche Regattas" for the sixth time this year. A strong partner with a longstanding tradition – and with instrument watches that have made history as reliable timepieces in high winds and stormy seas.
